Shrimp Parmesan Pizza

Pizza is such an easy meal for the nights when you don’t feel like cooking but want to have a home cooked meal. A very sad thing happened where I thought I already uploaded this recipe so I deleted all of the pictures for it. If I make this again soon I will upload them for anyone who likes a visual.

  • 1 Pillsbury pizza dough regular crust (You can make your own but if you do not have time then this one tastes amazing)
  • 15 shelled shrimp
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning (I use McCormick’s that only has basil, rosemary, thyme, oregano, and sage)
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese grated
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. *If using pillsbury pizza dough* Spread dough out on cookie sheet. Cook in oven for 8 minutes.
  3. In bowl mix melted butter, cilantro, garlic, and 1 tsp black pepper.
  4. Spread butter mixture on dough.
  5. Cook shrimp in skillet on stove with a little olive oil, rest of black pepper, salt, and lemon juice. Cook until browned on both sides.
  6. In bowl mix tomato paste, olive oil, water, and Italian seasoning. Spread on top of dough over the butter mixture.
  7. Mix parmesan and mozzarella together and spread over crust.
  8. Spread shrimp out evenly over pizza.
  9. Place pizza in oven and cook for 10 minutes or until browned.
  10. Enjoy!

Let me know if you try this and what you think of it! Big hit over here with my party of two. Lol!
