Breck and I have started drinking this in the morning instead of coffee for the benefits that it will have on our bodies and to push us towards a healthier life style. This drink is good for boosting your metabolism, getting all the greens you need in a day, and getting your gut up and moving. This recipe is just for the veggies and things you can get from the store but I also add in mine, Collagen Peptides and Super Green Veggie Powder. You can find both of those items on Amazon.
Smoothie is for two people.
- 2 green apples cored
- 1/2 cucumber
- 2 cups kale
- 2 lemons juiced
- 1 large peeled ginger knob
- 2 peeled beets with greens
- 2 sprigs of mint
- 2 cups of water
- 1 cup of frozen pineapple
- Wash all produce
- Add all ingredients to blender
- Squeeze lemon on top
- Blend until smooth
- Note: This will be a bit pulpy but just keep in mind that it is good for you while drinking. Lol!

I would drink this every day if you were making it for me. Breck is fortunate to have a life partner who delights in cooking and food prep!
